About Us
Meet Zenith Heating & Cooling
Integrity Before Profit.
Zenith Heating & Cooling was founded with a simple belief: homeowners and businesses deserve honest recommendations, dependable workmanship, and service they can trust. In an industry filled with sales pitches and companies claiming to be the best, our goal is different. We focus on helping people make informed decisions, solving problems the right way, and continuously improving every day

Honest Work Is Hard To Find
Why I Started Zenith
I started Zenith Heating & Cooling in 2024, but my journey in HVAC began years earlier.
Throughout my career, I've worked on residential and commercial systems, new construction projects, service and installation work, industrial air handlers, building automation systems, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, walk-in coolers, and hospital HVAC systems. I've had the opportunity to work on everything from residential homes to large commercial facilities, including The University of Texas at Dallas and Parkland Hospital.
While I gained valuable technical experience throughout those years, I also learned something else: people don't just need HVAC service—they need someone they can trust.
During my time in residential HVAC, I often saw sales-driven approaches that didn't sit right with me. I understand that selling is part of business, but I never believed in recommending equipment or services that customers didn't truly need. Too often, the focus seemed to be on the biggest sale instead of the best solution.
Over the years, many customers began requesting me specifically. Some called me on weekends and late nights because they trusted my recommendations. Some gave me keys or alarm codes to their homes because they knew I would treat their property with respect. Those experiences taught me that trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and doing what is right—even when nobody is watching.
One experience in particular stayed with me.
A customer I had helped for years purchased a new home and asked me to inspect the air conditioning system. After evaluating it, I explained that the equipment was still operating and could likely continue running for another year, even though the coil was showing signs of age and corrosion.
His response surprised me.
He told me to replace the system anyway.
When I explained that it wasn't necessary yet and suggested waiting, he said, "I don't want a salesman. I want you. I trust you."
The next day, he told my manager the same thing: "I trust Angel. Send me whatever he recommends."
That moment reinforced something I had already started to believe: when you work hard, treat people fairly, and tell the truth, you don't need sales pressure to earn someone's business.
That philosophy became the foundation of Zenith Heating & Cooling.
I didn't start Zenith to become the biggest HVAC company in Dallas–Fort Worth. I started it to build a company based on trust, relationships, continuous improvement, and respect for every customer we serve.
Our goal is simple: help people, solve problems, and earn trust one service call at a time.
The Meaning Behind Our Name
Why Zenith?
Zenith means the highest point reached in the sky. When I started this company, I chose the name because it represents a mindset that guides everything we do.
Many companies claim to be the number one HVAC company, but I believe true success comes from never stopping the pursuit of improvement. Technology changes, customer needs evolve, and there is always an opportunity to learn, grow, and serve people better.
To us, Zenith isn't about claiming to be the best. It's about striving to become better than we were yesterday and earning trust through honest work, one service call at a time.
"I don't want a salesman—I want you. I trust you."
"A customer said those words to me years ago, and I've never forgotten them. That moment helped shape Zenith and reinforced what I believe today: honesty and hard work earn trust better than any sales pitch ever will."

Our Values
"The values below weren't created in a boardroom or copied from a business book. They were shaped by years of working in the HVAC industry, helping customers, learning from mistakes, and seeing firsthand what kind of company I wanted Zenith to become"
Integrity Before Profit
We believe doing what's right for the customer comes before making a sale.
If a repair can safely solve the problem, we'll tell you. If a replacement is truly the best option, we'll explain why. Our goal is to help customers make informed decisions—not pressure them into purchases they don't need.
Commitment
When we make a commitment, we intend to keep it.
Whether it's showing up when we say we will, standing behind our work, or following through after a service call, we believe trust is built through consistency and reliability
Discipline
Great service isn't an accident.
Discipline means paying attention to the details, continuing to learn, and approaching every job with professionalism and preparation. We believe small things matter because they often make the biggest difference.
Humility
No company has all the answers.
We believe there is always something new to learn, a better way to solve a problem, and an opportunity to improve. Humility keeps us open-minded, accountable, and focused on continuous growth
Looking Ahead
Building More Than An HVAC Company
Our vision for Zenith extends beyond heating and cooling.
We want to build a company that homeowners and businesses can trust, employees are proud to work for, and future technicians can grow with. As Zenith continues to grow, our goal is not simply to service more equipment—it is to help more people.
Whether that means helping a customer solve a difficult problem, creating opportunities for someone entering the HVAC trade, or building lasting relationships throughout our community, we believe success should be measured by the positive impact we have on others.
We may never claim to be the number one HVAC company, but we will always strive to improve, serve people with integrity, and earn trust one service call at a time.
"You don't need pressure to earn someone's business. You need honesty, hard work, and respect."
