We inspect, clean, and evaluate your system throughout the year to help maintain efficiency and reliability during every season.

During your cooling season maintenance visit, we perform a thorough inspection and evaluation of your air conditioning system to help improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
✅ Inspecting refrigerant pressures and system performance
✅ Cleaning the outdoor condenser coil to improve airflow and efficiency
✅ Inspecting electrical components, capacitors, and contactors
✅ Checking temperature split and cooling performance
✅ Inspecting blower operation and airflow
✅ Cleaning condensate drains and checking for proper drainage
✅ Inspecting thermostat operation
✅ Evaluating overall system condition
✅ Replacing customer-provided air filters during the visit (filters not included unless requested separately)
